Just Jen: The Kickoff!

As part of my role at work, we're being held accountable to take a Sabbath.

If you know me, you know how impossible that is!

Therefore, inspired by a coworker finally creating a music account for himself, I am finally creating a blog for myself.  To the extent that I stick with it, well... we'll see.  I also spent much of the afternoon reading through diaries my mom created "for me" in my first three years of life-- such an awesome gift of history, and telling one's own story is always something that is worth cherishing. 

The general intent for this blog?  Part fitness, part faith-- all me.
